Terms of sale
Consumer Rights Act 2015 · Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
These terms govern any order placed with Shekinah Wear Ltd, registered in England & Wales.
Forming the contract
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we email to confirm dispatch. If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you order, we cancel and refund in full within three working days.
Prices and VAT
Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate. EU orders are shipped duties prepaid under IOSS. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.
Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. If a garment does not match its published Coverage Spec, that is a description failure and we will refund or replace it, including return postage.
Cancellation
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our own returns policy extends this to 28 days. See the returns policy for how.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
